Gradings

Gradings are an effective way for students to monitor their progress. The nine basic grades are defined by coloured belts.

Gradings are held at the Dojos every three months.

The syllabus is set out by the academy and covers all aspects of the style. the syllabus contains a structured teaching of Kata and Kata Bunkai, Pad work and Kumite.
