I always wanted to try Karate, I started when I was 7 and was very enthusiastic about it. I wanted to learn as much as I could and wanted to be good.

I really like doing Karate because it is my drive, dream and motivation to be as good as I possibly can. It keeps me fit, healthy and keeps me up on my feet!

Not only do I love doing Karate, I love teaching it too. I mostly teach children, I want to give them my knowledge and experience of Karate and want them to do well.

When I’m older and more experienced as a karateka, I want to continue to teach karate, I have wanted that since I first started Karate.

Karate has given me confidence, stamina, suppleness, strength, speed, skill and last but not least good friends.

Courses I have done:

  • NSPCC Child Safe Guarding
  • Sports Leaders Course Level 2
  • First aid
  • How to teach children and young people
  • Coaching disabled performers ( practical )
  • "Safeguarding Children- a shared responsibility" training
  • Sports Hall Leaders - St Helens District Council Volunteer Award
  •
